I don’t offer easy answers. I offer answers that work. That dismantle self-criticism, interrupt self-sabotage, and rewire patterns that hold us back, even the ones we don’t realize we have. My approach is forged from nearly three decades of coaching leaders, an Executive MBA, certification in Positive Psychology (Love Embodied was my nickname), studies of neuroplasticity, mindset, mindfulness, and brain science, and the grit of my own story.

I describe my childhood like this: The best seats I ever had at Madison Square Garden were at my mother’s wedding, and the best cocaine I ever had was from my father’s friend, the judge. When I left my old life behind, I didn’t realize how deeply it had shaped me. Most of us don’t. As kids, all we know is all we know. Our coping becomes our identity. We internalize perfectionism, over-responsibility, and self-judgment as just “who we are.”
